cháo hành thị nỡ
Cháo hành Thị Nỡ có các tác dụng với sức khỏe như sau:
- Giải biểu: Thải độc, đẩy các chất độc qua đường mồ hôi
- Thông lạc khí huyết: Khích thích khí, huyết bên trong hoạt động lại.
- Bồi bổ nguyên khí: tăng năng lượng cho người bệnh.
Thái Phong xin chia sẽ một kinh nghiệm nấu cháo giải cảm của dân dan Việt Nam ta rất hay, nó đã đi vào văn học. Người ta thường gọi món này là cháo hành Thị Nỡ.
Nguyên liệu:
- Hành tăm, nửa chén ăn cơm (rửa sạch), đập nát (xem giá hành tăm)
- Gạo nửa 1/3 chén (1/3 chén ăn cơm)
- Thịt băm: vài lạng (có thể dùng gà, đùi gà, hoặc nửa con gà, để nguyên nữa con)
- Rau ăn kèm: hành lá, ngò, lá tía tô (nếu người sức khỏe đang quá yếu thì không cần)
Cách nấu cháo hành Thị Nỡ
Vo gạo chế nước khoảng 5 chén (chén ăn cơm), hành tăm đã đập cho vào nồi, thịt băm hoặc gà cho trực tiếp vào nồi. Chế thêm 1/2 muỗng nước mắm. Nấu nhừ là hoàn thành.
Quan trọng
- Khi dùng món này với mục đích trị bệnh ta cần tuân thủ một số quy tắc sau:
- Uống một vài ngụm nước ấm trước khi ăn (mục đích làm sạch miệng, ấm người).
- Tắt quạt, tránh gió, có thể mặc áo khoác, đeo tất chân vào (mục đích để đẩy mồ hôi ra).
- Ngồi lên chiếu hoặc nệm, lòng bàn chân không được tiếp xúc với nền đất. (mục đích tránh khí lạnh từ dưới lòng bàn chân lên, phá hết sức nóng của cháo hành – rất quan trọng).
- Rau cắt nhỏ, ăn kèm cháo nóng rất tốt.
